Recent Works on Paper

Adrian, my wife Suzanne and I currently have an art show up at the local college’s art gallery. These are the postcards that I letterpressed for the show. Although the printing isn’t up to par with some of the “high-end” commercial letterpress printers like Rohner Letterpress, I am still proud of the printing. This process is time consuming and sometimes frustrating, but the reward is well worth it.
If you happen to be around Hastings, Nebraska anytime until November 19, try to stop by the gallery. Of course everyone is welcome to the reception on November 7 at 2pm - 3pm.

After getting to see this exhibit yesterday, I would highly encourage anyone in the area to be sure and stop by. Seeing creativity like this will re-inspire you, and make you forget the PowerPoint you got to help put together the week before. I would also like to thank all three artists involved for sharing their work with us.

Thanks Donovan, and everyone else who attended the show! We really appreciate the support and hope you enjoyed seeing our recent work. Here is a photo I took when we were setting up the show. We used the screens from our posters to print on the gallery windows. It was really fun preparing for the show.

The show is actually still hanging, if anyone is in the area over Thanksgiving. If you would like to see it, just get ahold of me and we can set up an appointment. There are no regular gallery hours over the college’s week longThanksgiving break.
