Nice people, nice town, great soda fountain. It was the gathering place for farmers, homemakers, and high school/jr high students. It’s named after original owner, last name was Stoner. Marvin and Toots (toots dad was the original owner) were great people, and Marge was a sweetheart and my grandmothers best friend. Fond memories of that place.

I always got a kick walking uptown and going past stoner drug. You got to realize that Stoner Drug is and old drug store, back then stoner didnt mean what it does today.

I work out of Florida and when I actually did call this place the guy who answered the phone busts out laughing in the middle of saying- Stoner Drug and then I just lost it too. I was literally in tears laughing at my desk. That phone call just made my day..Thanks Stoner Drug! still lmao

She graduated high school in 1980 and went on to become a pharmacist then a college professor teaching pharmacy now she makes over 100,000 a year traveling around the world for Johnson and Johnson promoting pharmicuticals so for the record this town obviously has more to offer than just a place to pee. No need to put our town down just because of a name a of a store and if your gonna go to all of the trouble of designing a web page you could have at least remembered the town you were in when you seen it.
