Sam’s Club Professional Website Design

Why not, right?
Might as well make websites too.
For all those people who want that good ol’ “Sam’s Club Quality” website.
Check the header in the browser. I wonder if the service is as good as it reads.

I clicked on the link and saw that it actually went to samsbiz.com and thought, “Please tell me this is a joke.” But no, there’s a link to “Website Services” on the main Sam’s Club page at http://www.samsclub.com as well.

I have a family of seventeen, so this will help in my bulk purchasing of “custom” websites. . . but . . . you better buy now, because when they run out of stock, they might not re-order.

Hey, I looked around and when I saw what Sam’s Club had to offer – huh – and the price – whoa – I was hooked.

This sucks, but we may as well get used to it folks. Everyone in retail doing business to anything remotely similar to business goods will be offering this. i.e., Office Max, Office Depot, Staples, Kinkos FedEx, Sam’s, plus+ every small digital print shop from coast to coast. Then you also have to consider that the trend is to send a lot of design work over seas as well.
It’s the future of “design”. The reason I “quote” design is, because the designer’s view of what we do and the rest of the world’s is vastly different currently. Identifying, reinforcing, and educating the masses on the true value of innovative, creative PROBLEM SOLVING is paramount to success in the field.
If you can’t separate your skills and mental abilities to offer real solutions that offer businesses ROI, than you will soon be doing your “professional” design for $10 an hour.
I am officially predicting the same thing for photographers and videographers. Digital media and the internet is going to downplay and cheapen all of the creative jobs.
I still believe that SOMEONE has to be innovating and it’s going to be interesting to see if you can be a strategic, creative mind as a designer in the future or if you must leave the art behind and go into marketing.

Click to buy the $10.00 a month plan. it reads “Ready to Go? Our designers are waiting to customize your Web site.”
They actually have more than one person standing by to work on my projedct for $10.00 per month!
The sad thing is that they probably do, and it’s a sign of things to come in this country. Pretty soon Sam’s club is going to offer Open Heart Surgery for a one time fee of $99.00.
It’s not the internet that will cheapen creative services, it’s Sam’s Club and Wal Mart.

I do not know exactly, but their rates are not American. I do not think that professional american web design company will work with such rates.
