Hell Yes, by Beck

If his latest exclusive iTunes EP is any clue as to what to expect from his upcoming full length album, Guero, we are in for a treat. Beck continues to march to his own beat, releasing 4 songs that iTunes calls Gameboy Variations. I should probably research it more, but I am assuming the Atari beeps and drum beats were somehow created with Nintendo’s Gameboy. Maybe I am wrong about the origin of the sounds, but it definitely has a video game sound. In other words, don’t expect this EP (or Guero) to sound like Sea Change.
